About

Products can be complex. Choosing them and working with them should be easier.

  1. Cutting-tool design & technical support
  2. Product planning & management
  3. Marketing for Korea & Japan

I started in cutting-tool design and technical support, moved into product planning and management, and then took on marketing for Korea and Japan. My experience with technical requirements informed my work on product selection criteria and catalog structures, and later on content that explains value to customers and training for employees and distributors.

Writing, presenting, teaching and designing systems share a purpose for me: helping people understand the information they need and make decisions that serve their goals. I have drawn on product knowledge to design content, materials, training and tools together.

I built an AI translation tool and delivered training materials in 14 languages. I also coached employees as they built tools for their own work. One employee went on to help colleagues automate their tasks and deliver introductory AI training. I want to extend this experience to product, knowledge and workflow challenges across industries.

Contact

If customers struggle to choose despite all your product explanations, or your team keeps relying on the same few experts, I would welcome a conversation.

Send me a few lines about the situation you are facing or a role you have in mind. You do not need a polished proposal.

Building on my experience in manufacturing, I welcome connections with people facing similar challenges in any industry. I am open to both full-time roles and project collaborations.
